Coach Michelle English to Lead Girls Wrestling

WELCOME COACH MICHELLE ENGLISH! We are proud to announce Michelle English as the new Head Coach of Girls Wrestling for Lowell High School! About Coach English: 7x ISWA Indiana Freestyle Champion 2x ISWA Regional Champion 2x Fargo Junior Qualifier Former Varsity Cheer Team Captain, leading her team to a National Championship Graduate of the University of St. Francis with a nursing degree, serving the community as a school nurse for 6 years Michelle made history as the first female wrestler in her district at North Newton High School, competing on the boys' varsity wrestling team while excelling in cheerleading. She was also one of the first young women to represent Team Indiana at Fargo. Today, she’s bringing that same passion, trailblazing spirit, and dedication to building Lowell’s Girls Wrestling Program. Michelle now lives in Lowell with her husband, Wesley, and their two children, Peyton (16) and Avery (10). She is excited to serve as both the Lowell High School Nurse and the Varsity Girls Wrestling Head Coach. We couldn’t be more excited to have Coach English leading our program and inspiring the next generation of Red Devil athletes! Join us in giving her a huge Red Devil Pride Welcome!
