The Freshman team played tough, losing the first set 24-26 and losing the 2nd set 16-25. They are adjusting to their positions and gelling as a team. Keep working hard. The JV took home the win by winning in 2 sets. The first set was 27-25 the second set was 25-19. Great job JV! Keep giving it your all! The varsity lost in 3 sets. While they had their ups and downs they were not consistent enough to get ahead. Their scores were 17-25, 22-25, 19-25. There were some great connections on the net. Emily Aguilar had 8 kills and Dafne Aguilar-Martinez had 6. Taylor Blocker had 2 blocks, Emily Aguilar had 12 digs while Chloe Cora and Aubrey Fleming added 8 digs. Josie Laub had 9 Assists while Dafne Aguilar-Martinez added 7. Next up Volleyball is at Munster Thursday September 4th.
