Girls Swim Team Honored

The Lowell High School Girls Swimming and Diving Team has been selected as a Silver Scholar Team by the National Interscholastic Swimming Coaches Association of America, Inc. As an exemplary team you can take great pride in this accomplishment. Over 344,755 students are involved in aquatics at the high school level in over 16,294 programs

Record Breaking Relay Team Qualifies for State

The 200 free relay team qualified for the state championship meet with a school record time of 1:40.47 . Team members are: Carly weller Morgan Blank Anabel Stein Elisabeth Vaught Annabel Stein set a new 100 free record of 54.79 and broke the 50 free record with a time of 25.14.

Girls Swim has Record Breaking Night

The polar vortex may have shut down the town on Wednesday, but it couldn’t cool off the red hot Red Devil swimmers.  Three records fell at the prelims of the sectional at Lake Central Friday night. Annabel Stein broke her own 100 free record tonight with a time of 55.04. Her previous record was 55.09.

Stein Breaks Record

Congratulations to Anabel Stein who broke the 100 Free with a time of 55.09 at today’s NCC meet at Munster.  The old record was held by Bridget Ruehl set in 2010. Check back later for news on team results.
