The 200 free relay team qualified for the state championship meet with a school record time of 1:40.47 . Team members are: Carly weller Morgan Blank Anabel Stein Elisabeth Vaught Annabel Stein set a new 100 free record of 54.79 and broke the 50 free record with a time of 25.14.
The wrestling team travelled to Crown Point to partake in Saturday’s Regional Championship. The polar vortex may have shut down the town on Wednesday, but it couldn’t cool off the red hot Red Devil swimmers. Three records fell at the prelims of the sectional at Lake Central Friday night. Annabel Stein broke her own 100 free record tonight with a time of 55.04. Her previous record was 55.09.
The Boys Basketball game scheduled for Thursday, January 31st versus Andrean has been rescheduled for Saturday, February 9th. JV will tip off at 1:00 p.m. The L-Club Hope Project TV Raffle will be drawn at halftime of the Varsity game.
